We at Adolescent Escort realize having your son/daughter transported is very difficult, that is why we are committed to making it as safe and comfortable as possible for everyone involved. There are lots of choices when deciding on having your teen transported. Adolescent Escort is one of the most cost effective agencies while retaining the highest level of security and comfort. At this time we are running with one team only and while this is inconvenient as far as scheduling conflicts, it gives me the opportunity to personally guarantee that your teen will receive the highest priority in getting them safely to the program of your choice.
As far as comfort, we make it a habit to always have a DVD player for your teens’ use. We will also provide your teen with whatever they would like to eat and drink throughout the transport. Reading material (magazines and books) will also be provided. Besides safety being the first priority your teens comfort is also just as important to us.
All of the staff at Adolescent Escort are very experienced in working with “at risk” youth. I am careful to only pick the BEST staff that will compliment the company. All of the staff at Adolescent Escort are trained in Positive Control Systems. PCS is a Crisis Intervention Program used in not only many of Utah’s residential treatment centers, but also several from around the country. The staff at Adolescent Escort are very friendly yet firm, containment is ALWAYS first priority.

-
How a "general" transport may happen
-
Arrive early in the morning(anywhere between 3-6am depending on flight).
-
After introducing myself and my staff to the parents/guardians, and filling out all necessary paperwork. Have a parent briefly introduce the staff to your teen, and then leave the room.
-
Staff will have your teen briefly get dressed.
-
Atleast one staff will escort your teen to the vehicle, by holding on to his/her arm.
-
One staff member will sit beside your teen in the back seat with the child and window locks on.
-
Once teen is contained we will explain: where they are going, our expectations, and what they can expect once they arrive at the facility.
-
We will not contact the parent/guardian until we arrive at the facility unless we run into a problem(missed flight, uncooperative teen, ect.)
